Never received my order😩 Instead of apologising and trying to assist or even issuing a refund as any descent company would, Brian just argued and left the problem on me. To date no refund, apology or anything to show for my money. Think twice before trusting as you will have no comeback if you receive nothing, just a sad lesson learned.

Hi Alan Very sorry you were not happy with the service, we have only tried to help & explain the situation to you. We would not offer a refund for goods in transit to you & at the time of you posting the review the time quoted for delivery had not elapsed. The goods, however, did turn up a couple of days late due to delays in customs (delivery to Ireland), so we suggested refusing the order so it can be returned & refunded if no longer required. We will always try to help customers as much as possible so apologise profusely that you feel this way.

Been taking quite a while. Been more than 7 days and I’m still waiting. Poor service but can’t rate the quality of the flags of it yet still.

Quite dissatisfied with the final product. The graphic is very pixellated and I would have hoped for a much crisper finish or for some form of contact requesting a better graphic!

First time made an order with your company.Needed this flag by the 15th and you had plenty of time to send it, really can't understand the problem.Is it in the post or still at your shop?

Payment taken, site said items were in stock but nothing ever arrived and no communication from the company to say what happened. Still waiting. Very poor.

Thank you for your review. You should have received full tracking from Parcelforce regarding shipment of your flag & pole & we also send confirmation emails regarding your order - if you have not seen any of these please check your spam/junk folder. You will also have received text messages regarding the delivery with Parcelforce. Apologies this is taking a couple of days longer than usual, this is due to delivery to Northern Ireland, but is still on schedule for delivery within the 5 working days lead time quoted on the website delivery info page. Ordered a navy blue saltire and a pirate flag….mistakenly ordered wrong size in pirate flag, emailed them immediately explaining my mistake and asking them to correct it….10 days later still no reply to email, I have however received order…navy blue saltire could best be described as royal blue…won’t be using flag shop again

Hi Steven Thank you for your review. We changed the flag to a larger 5ft x 3ft as you requested at no extra cost to yourself. The Scotland flag is a dark blue (navy - the unofficial variant). Hi Zac Thank you for your email. We have tried to contact you on a number of occasions (email & phone) as your artwork is very small & very low resolution so will be very blurry & pixelated when blown up for printing in large scale. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not seen the emails. If we still don't receive a reply we will refund your order.

Paid extra to have a flag delivered by the next day. It arrived Three days later with no apology and no sign of a refund on the extra money that was stolen from us for the next day delivery. If DHL cannot do the job then get another company or don't offer next day delivery We now have to spend extra money on postage to forward it to our friends as they have moved away. Poor customer service and useless delivery company that you cannot talk to. Not impressed

Hi Shane Thank you for your review. Please accept our aplolgies fot the delay, we can see by the tracking that the delivery was delayed by 1 day due to a delay at DPD Nottingham depot. I cannot find any record of you trying to contact us & we were not made aware of the delay so we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. I ordered a Union Jack flag which was delivered very quickly. It was described as a "Dura Flag" a "premium quality flag". Having opened the outer wrapping, I started to question this. Two things struck me initially: a) the red seemed to me as quite bright, though I should state that I am not a very colour orientated person. b) this point made me quite angry. Considering the flag was ordered from Chesterfield, I naively considered that it was produced in Chesterfield. But NOL it was not. The inner cellophane wrapper had in bold letters "Made in China". It then took me over a day to open the inner wrapping. This I did and yet another point is raised. c) the flag feels quite flimsy, it feels quite economic. Suffice to say that I shall not be purchasing further flags from The Flag Shop and indeed, I shall endeavour to ensure that I am aware of the country of origin prior to the purchase of any product from the internet in the future. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to vent my views.

the last order made has not yet been deliverd.my first order was deliverd without problems in about 8 days.this time a month has passed and no flags.begining to wonder if i made a mistake

The product was a very poor quality cut unevenly and fabric cheap. It did not arrive the next day either.

Thanks for your review. If you are in any way unhappy with the product please feel free to return it in a resaleable condition for a refund. The order was placed with free delivery which has a lead time of 2-5 working days (delivery took 2 days).
