What went wrong.When I ordered flags.I was sent email has been sent my Royal mail tracking.That is not correct.He is lying to customers.The ref number he gives customers only matter when the parcel has been delivered.That is not tracking.He should know the difference. Not lie to customers..I have his email where he states its tracking when its not.I don't have the skills to drag.michaelmason56@hotmail.com I can forward .Thanks
