“I bought these flags as they were described as being good quality BUT within 4 days of flying the edges were frayed and the brass eye had fallen out. They were obviously very cheaply made (packaging said made in Taiwan!!). Overall very disappointing.”

“Wasnt stated clear on what the product actually was i wanted flags for the funeral cars but basically they just came as square pieces of black cloth material 50quid for 10 could of made that meself”

“Incredibly poor quality flag that barely lasted four months before it ripped to shreds. After contacting Brian he came up with very weak excuses and refused to replace the flag and indeed didn't even bother to respond to my last email. He stated that the flag was ripped due to high winds which was not true as the winds were nothing out of the ordinary and a lot of other flags locally are raised Most of the year and have lasted for many years. I would not recommend this company as they do not appear to care about their customers and now the Cricket Club members who work hard to raise funds have to buy another flag from a different supplier and spend money that should not have needed spending.”
