I phoned to ask for assistance as the bungees neither do the bungees snapped and every-day the pole would collapse. SUPPORT WOULDN'T BELIEVE ME AND SAID THEIR POLES DON'T DO THAT AND their bungees don't snap. offered zero assistance and was making it out to be my fault. Appalling attitude " the customer is always wrong. will not buy from them again
