“Hi, I purchased the ensign for my new boat that arrived in June, so I haven’t been able to reply till now. The flag at the most has had 25 flying hours and as you can see from the attached, the hem is unstiched, the colour of the material is going and the “brass” eyelets are starting to rust. Think I might have been better investing a little more. Hope you find this interesting, you asked, I’ve replied, sorry but disappointed.”

“Good service but the flag starting coming apart on 2 of the corners a few weeks after putting it up. I doubt it`ll last any longer.....or even as long as the £7 one it replaced!”

“The colours aren't Saffron and White, as an Antrim flag is. It's more orange and white, rather than closer to yellow and right. It just doesn't look right at all. Delivery was fast and product was inexpensive but still disappointed.”

“To charge £6 for two flags and then £20 for an England flag, is extremely cheeky in my opinion. They are all the same size and same quality, but just because the World Cup was on, you charge over triple the price for our nations flag. Very unpatriotic and generally a bad approach during a cost of living crisis.”

Hi Chris, thank you for your review. The England flag you purchased is a completely different product/material to the other 3ft x 2ft flags selected; you purchased 2 x standard 3ft x 2ft flags with eyelets but the England flag is a duraflag with rope & toggle. England flags are also available as standard flags for the same price as the other 2 x flags (full descriptions of the item you are buying can be viewed on the product pages). “As you have asked, I am extremely disappointed with the cheap quality of material used. Light in weight and very shiny in looks. Even on our 9 meter flagpole, you can tell it's a cheap Chinese fake using the most basic, poor quality materials. I'm already hoping a good storm comes so I can purchase a decent one. I was quoted £120 for a proper hand stitched flag made of superior, heavier material. The quality of this flag is at best a quarter of the £120 flag, yet it is only half the price. I won't make the mistake of shopping here again.”

“I have used the Flag shop many times over the years and have always received excellent service and good value for money. Unfortunately on receiving my latest order one item was missing although it was included on the delivery note. I immediately sent an email to report the missing item. I received no response so sent a second email 3-4 days later and have still not received any response now several weeks later. I am disappointed with this service. Paul Murden.”

“We paid for next day delivery and although we were in all day, the courier company didn't even bother ringing the bell or knocking on the door. I then had to rearrange a delivery which was a nuisance. This is not a reflection of the Flag shop but of the courier company. However when the flag was finally delivered, there was only one eyelet and as we needed it for our village jubilee celebration that evening I had no choice but to make a hole to ensure it would go on the flag pole. Overall it was not a nice experience and we have had many flags from them.”

“The flag that I received was not what I ordered! The invoice that came with the flag had a picture of the flag that I should have received, which was the unofficial flag of Suffolk(yellow). The flag that I got was blue, but still a Suffolk flag which I will keep.”

“on the website it said id bought three flags only received two and one has already started to unstitch where the meterial meets the stick ,The delivery was fast though .Would I buy from this store again probably not im afraid . Kevin Warren”

“Was very disappointed that it took so long for the flags to arrive for my sons for Christmas, ordered on 7th October and unfortunately I ordered more after Christmas thinking they had been lost in the post only to have them arrive a few days later. Now I have spent more money to replace them and will end up with double ups. Bit disappointed.”
