As you said yourself, the request for a review came before receipt of package. Surely you can track the items and then, knowing its delivered, then request the review. As the saying goes, "cart before the horse"..

Disappointing. Ordered basic flag on 8th Jan, still not arrived by 16 Jan despite money being paid straight away. Irrelevant purchase now. Still not arrived and ‘support’ unhelpful.

The order for a custom print item (production lead time currently 7-10 working days) is still due for delivery within the quoted shipping time - it is moving slowly through the USPS (USA postal service) system but should be with you very soon. I ordered the flag 9 days ago and it hasn't arrived yet. I was trying to find my shipment number 1000083077 and no site can find it. Order number 1000092914

I ordered flags for next day delivery, they didn't arrive. I messaged the company and told them to send them the next day after or cancel order and got no response, the flags haven't arrived after 6 days. And I haven't had a response from the company yet they have asked for a review.

Thank you for your review. I've checked the consignment & the area map shows the driver at the correct location where the delivery was refused. A failed delivery text & email were then sent to re-arrange the delivery but this has not been replied to so the parcel will now be reconsigned for return & a refund will then be submitted. I phoned to ask for assistance as the bungees neither do the bungees snapped and every-day the pole would collapse. SUPPORT WOULDN'T BELIEVE ME AND SAID THEIR POLES DON'T DO THAT AND their bungees don't snap. offered zero assistance and was making it out to be my fault. Appalling attitude " the customer is always wrong. will not buy from them again

What went wrong.When I ordered flags.I was sent email has been sent my Royal mail tracking.That is not correct.He is lying to customers.The ref number he gives customers only matter when the parcel has been delivered.That is not tracking.He should know the difference. Not lie to customers..I have his email where he states its tracking when its not.I don't have the skills to drag.michaelmason56@hotmail.com I can forward .Thanks

Never received my order😩 Instead of apologising and trying to assist or even issuing a refund as any descent company would, Brian just argued and left the problem on me. To date no refund, apology or anything to show for my money. Think twice before trusting as you will have no comeback if you receive nothing, just a sad lesson learned.

Hi Alan Very sorry you were not happy with the service, we have only tried to help & explain the situation to you. We would not offer a refund for goods in transit to you & at the time of you posting the review the time quoted for delivery had not elapsed. The goods, however, did turn up a couple of days late due to delays in customs (delivery to Ireland), so we suggested refusing the order so it can be returned & refunded if no longer required. We will always try to help customers as much as possible so apologise profusely that you feel this way.
