“I ordered flags for next day delivery, they didn't arrive. I messaged the company and told them to send them the next day after or cancel order and got no response, the flags haven't arrived after 6 days. And I haven't had a response from the company yet they have asked for a review.”

Thank you for your review. I've checked the consignment & the area map shows the driver at the correct location where the delivery was refused. A failed delivery text & email were then sent to re-arrange the delivery but this has not been replied to so the parcel will now be reconsigned for return & a refund will then be submitted.
