I ordered a flag last week, then wasn't sure if the transaction had gone through, so I ordered another and then realised the first one had been purchased, I asked the Flag Shop to cancel the first one which they did and refunded my payment. Very happy with that, the product itself was good quality and at a good price, arrived promptly, would recommend this company.
