“Excellent service from order to delivery. Unfortunately one of the sections was broken but a quick phone call and email with a picture of the broken part and a new pole was sent the same day and received the next day. I Would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Quite good, my order arrived quickly, and those flags are nice quality ! Just one little detail: I ordered 2 flags with 3ft x 2ft dimensions (Ukraine and Singapore), and 2 handwaving flags (Malta and USSR) Imagine my surprise when i got 2 handwaving flags of Ukraine & Singapore, and 2 flags with 3ft x 2ft dimensions (Malta and USSR).”

“I phoned to ask for assistance as the bungees neither do the bungees snapped and every-day the pole would collapse. SUPPORT WOULDN'T BELIEVE ME AND SAID THEIR POLES DON'T DO THAT AND their bungees don't snap. offered zero assistance and was making it out to be my fault. Appalling attitude " the customer is always wrong. will not buy from them again”
