Good morning I ordered a polish and English flag and you have sent me a Portugal flag instead of the polish flag. Can you arrange for a polish flag to be despatched ? And what shall I do with the Portugal flag ? Kind regards Paul Binfield

I placed an order for 4 different satin table flags. Two of them were wrinkled because they were loosly packed without any folder or cover. Also the dimensions of the Finnish flag were wrong, the blue cross should be much wider. Please see the official dimensions here http://intermin.fi/en/flag-and-arms/about-the-flag.

Well, it's not so much a poor experience, but I ordered on 21 January, so its ten working days or 14 days in total so far - a little bit outside the guideline given. Other than that, it's a little early to give a review.

I ordered 11 flags in late 2017 (order number 100015109). Six of the flags were Oman National Flags which I intended to use as boat flags. After 2 months on my boats flag staff I noticed that the bottom strip of the flag which should be green had changed colour to blue. These flags are now unusable on my boat.

Very poor quality - flag has discoloured, become frayed at the edges and started to detach from the plastic pole within days of arriving (despite not being subjected to any unusual weather conditions or high speeds whilst driving) - unlike the other car flag I have from a different supplier. Very disappointing.

I purchased my flags in a Saturday and payed £6:50 for next day delivery and it came on Tuesday.

Delivery information is clearly explained on the at the top of the web site, in the footer and on every product page, plus in the terms & conditions which is ticked before purchase. as you advertised the product would be with me between 2 and 5 working days .but I am still waiting after 7 days.

Thank you for your review. As we were not provided with a full address we had to contact you & wait for a reply to get further details. Please be assured that once the full address was given the goods were shipped & are still scheduled for delivery within the 2-5 working days lead time.

Product fine but delivery instructions insulting. I was told I had to be in all day to wait for. I don't expect accuracy to hour long slot and am or pm would have been acceptable. I am prepared to pay more for more considerate delivery options. Also Delivery unclear when ordering

Sorry to hear you were not happy with the delivery service. Poles are an unusually long item which have to be shipped with DHL or UPS due to the size. Unfortunately neither company offer a delivery window so can deliver any time of the day. We are sorry you found the delivery options unclear - the goods were delivered sooner than you expected which we presume is a welcome surprise to customers but accept this may not always be the case. All other next day delivery items are shipped with Interlink Express who give a 1 hour delivery window or the option to have goods left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Flags are ok but I had to go to GPO to collect them as no postage had been paid by you. It cost me £6.50 including handling charge. Extremely disappointing and very inconvenient over Xmas period.

The flagpole broke on the first night which was disappointing as we needed it for a National Air Scout Camp. It will be returned for a refund once I get back home. The service you provided was excellent but less so the product.

I was very disappointed to see the coulor running out of my British Indian Ocean flag the fist day it was out due to rain. Not very good at all

The flag was good and arrived in good time. The reason I have rated this as poor was because my personal information (mobile phone number & email address) was needlessly disclosed on the address sticker on the parcel. This could have been easily avoided.

Very disappointed when the EU flag arrived. Instead of the correct colour of royal blue, it was purple - not even near the correct colour.

Ordered 3x2 flags over the phone, received 5x3. Had to cut them down as we didn't have time to reorder. The flags themselves were OK.

I was happy with the product but I paid for next day delivery and was told after my payment was taken that as I ordered after 3pm that I would not receive my order till after the weekend (ordered Thursday and received Monday)

Thank you for your review. The order in question was placed after the 3pm cut off time on Thursday so was shipped Friday for delivery Monday (Monday to Friday next day (order before 3pm) was selected). If Saturday delivery is required we offer this service at checkout. Delivery info is available on the product page, in the header of every page & we also sent a courtesy email in case this was missed. We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the service & appreciate all feedback & would welcome any ideas for improvements we could make so the delivery info is clearer.

I ordered the flag the 5`th of Juni. My order # 1000024 Today it is the 17.06.16 and the flag has not arrived. The Pride where I should use the flag are opening today. Sorry but that is not good ;( Ole Håvard Voicu-Lundvold

Thank you for your review. Our tracking shows delivery has been attempted but no-one was available to sign. This means the package is now being held at your local postal depot. A card should have been left when delivery was attempted – if you cannot find it the take the tracking number along with ID to collect the parcel. I will email you the tracking details now.
