“Excellent customer contact, good quality flag in my limited experience. Everything good, my only very slight criticism s that I expected there to be a tie of some kind to make sure the sleeve type banner will not fly off the pole, I'll work something out but it would have helped if It came with one.”

“Flags great quality but wasn’t quite what I was expecting it was a lot lighter then what I wanted and wasn’t expecting it to transparent but still looks ok would have liked it a lot darker like the image I sent for the price I payed”

“This was my first time ordering a one-off flag from a picture I provided. I was confused by the variety of flag materials and perhaps should have taken advice on which material was best for my image which was quite pale. Apart from the paleness of the flag colours it was produced and sent out quickly.”

“Thank you for your great service my custom made flag was everything I wanted you never have let me down with the past custom flags you have done but this one has to be the best one you have done my message to people out there is if you want a flag designed or if you want a flag of any country go to the flag shop. If they don't have it they will do their best to help you get it. Thanks again flag shop good job”
