“Flags great quality but wasn’t quite what I was expecting it was a lot lighter then what I wanted and wasn’t expecting it to transparent but still looks ok would have liked it a lot darker like the image I sent for the price I payed”

“This was my first time ordering a one-off flag from a picture I provided. I was confused by the variety of flag materials and perhaps should have taken advice on which material was best for my image which was quite pale. Apart from the paleness of the flag colours it was produced and sent out quickly.”

“Thank you for your great service my custom made flag was everything I wanted you never have let me down with the past custom flags you have done but this one has to be the best one you have done my message to people out there is if you want a flag designed or if you want a flag of any country go to the flag shop. If they don't have it they will do their best to help you get it. Thanks again flag shop good job”

“The flag is cheap, well made and will be very useful in the march. It was delivered quickly and packaged OK. The main problem I had was navigating through the website to find a flag that I wanted a) searching on Remain did not yield flag and b) do you want to expand your remain flags permanently, there are some good images on Bing of half EU half UK flags - you are missing a trick here.”

“This was a re-order and the new flag arrived as requested at the expected time. There was only a small glitch. I had requested the flag be reversed with the eyelets on the right, but the flag arrived as normal with eyelets on the left. Not a big deal, but the flag would look better with the image reversed, because most of the spectators see the reverse side.”

“I have had quite a lot of flags from you and have recently found that the cheaper ones are not lasting long at all outside so have just purchased a couple of the nylon ones and they seem to be much more robust.”

“Ordering is straight-forward and the goods arrived very promptly and in good condition. Unfortunately, 1 minor item wasn't in the parcel but, as soon as I emailed about it, this was posted to me immediately and arrived very swiftly. Hence a "Good", rather than a "Very Good".”
