“The young lady who called me was very kind and patient while I got myself sorted out to book my order. As you will know by now Brian,I am not very good on technology ,but she got me to 'relax' and took my order without any problem.Having a 'laugh' together about my Apples Oranges and Lemons interpretation of AOL helped too.
