“Absolutely first class service, I ordered my two St.George's flags and they were delivered two days later. I was also extremely pleased to find that the price hadn't changed since my last order. In these days when telephones are answered by a computer , it was a lovely surprise to talk to a delightful lady. Many thanks.”

“The Flag and Pole arrived very quickly and seem to be of good quality and not very expensive either 👍 it only took me a few minutes to fix the pole to my garage and we now proudly fly our great flag of Lincolnshire”

“telephoned you . conversaton polite and friendly. had previous dealings so i called again,two hand flags i wanted and these arrived within two daysl unfortunately one of the sticks had snapped but i managed to glue it together. the cardboard tube show.ed no sign of damagebut i will c ontrinue to buy from you Charles”

“ordering a Palestinian flag was easy, the website was well designed & the flag arrived within a couple of days, exactly as described. I did notice the day after it arrived that the same flag was on Amazon for nearly half the price, but I still thought the product I got was value for money.”

“the wife likes to fly a flag for most occasions but always gets the wrong size. With the flag shop i was able to get the correct size and it was a very well made flag. i will be buying more”

“I bought an 8foot x 5 foot flag last February to fly on a 60foot high pine tree stump in our garden. The flag flew at the top in all weathers (except Stoirm Babet) until late December, when storm Gerrit ripped it (I should have taken it down) Anyway, for a lightweight flag it has been brilliant, and I've just bought two more ! Excellent quality, recommended.”
