“I have been surprised and delighted in my dealings with the flag shop. Surprised because my niche requirement for County Flags and Bunting were easily available for immediate dispatch in reasonable quantities and low cost. This has saved me both time and money. “Absolutely first class service, I ordered my two St.George's flags and they were delivered two days later. I was also extremely pleased to find that the price hadn't changed since my last order. In these days when telephones are answered by a computer , it was a lovely surprise to talk to a delightful lady. Many thanks.”

“telephoned you . conversaton polite and friendly. had previous dealings so i called again,two hand flags i wanted and these arrived within two daysl unfortunately one of the sticks had snapped but i managed to glue it together. the cardboard tube show.ed no sign of damagebut i will c ontrinue to buy from you Charles”
