Just one little detail: I ordered 2 flags with 3ft x 2ft dimensions (Ukraine and Singapore), and 2 handwaving flags (Malta and USSR) Imagine my surprise when i got 2 handwaving flags of Ukraine & Singapore, and 2 flags with 3ft x 2ft dimensions (Malta and USSR).”

“I phoned to ask for assistance as the bungees neither do the bungees snapped and every-day the pole would collapse. SUPPORT WOULDN'T BELIEVE ME AND SAID THEIR POLES DON'T DO THAT AND their bungees don't snap. offered zero assistance and was making it out to be my fault. Appalling attitude " the customer is always wrong. will not buy from them again”

“The quality of the fabric is fine and it is inexpensive for the size. However, it was slightly annoying that the printing wasn't accurate to the actual design. It was most likely a result of fitting a 2:1 scale flag to a 5:3 scale the union jack was cropped awkwardly and the Southern Cross appeared to have the size difference too extreme. Just something to be aware of when purchasing. If that isn't an issue for you and it won't be looked at up close, It'll be fine. But to someone who has seen it regularly, it does look slightly off. Slightly frustrating as once you see it you can't unsee it, but not the end of the world.”

“I ordered a flag from you just as a stop-gap. I needed something to cover up a rotting old piece of material which was on a backboard in my truck. It was only ever going to be temporary but I've already had so many comments on it that I'll be buying another as the panel this one's on is rotten. The flag was delivered within four days which impressed me, especially as one of those days was a Bank Holiday Monday. To be honest, I wasn't expecting the quality to be particularly good given the price I paid but will admit that I was wrong and it's absolutely spot on with sharp lines and good strong colours. I'll certainly be buying again and would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any friends.”
