“I sent an email to the Flag Shop with an urgent request for a flag for a hen do the following week. I had a super swift response from Brian on the design team who got to work immediately so as to get the flag ordered and delivered in time. Spoke to the lovely lady in Sales and processed the order for the flag, telescopic pole and bungees same day. A few days later I unfortunately needed to cancel the pole and bungees which was no issue and received a full refund. The flag arrived on the specified day and we are so pleased with it. Couldn't recommend The Flag Shop more!! Thank you :)”
