“Lost in the post... My parcel has been wrongly directed to two sorting offices, the first being Richmond, North Yorks & then on to Leyburn, North York, it should have been sent to Barnard Castle, County Durham. Can someone please explaim to me how the Royal Mail get it so wrong - not once but twice? Maybe it's time The Flag Shop changed their courier.”

“Being ex-Army and an avid yachtsman I have a great interest and respect for flags of all natures. It has always been my practice to "fly the flag" at my home to celebrate national days of those countries and even regions I have served or lived in. I also respect all branches of the services, corps or regimental celebration days. It has always been a pleasure to make orders from the Flag Shop. Their website is simple to use, their catalogue extensive and their chosen deliveru partners quick and effecient. Add to all that the fact that their products are well made and very reasonably priced and you have the perfect supplier. Long may they remain so! Thank you!”

“What can I say ??? The flag was as advertised with free postage , For the price I paid I would say it was good value And package well ! You can’t break a flag haha And arrived in less than 48 hours, I can recommend them and would purchase from them again, it was 5’ x 3’ I think for £7.99 Including delivery, !!”
