“I've shopped here before so the fact I'm here again speaks for itself. I didn't find the website the best to navigate especially for flag sizes. I had to ring more than once to get a response and today 4 attempts failed so an answer machine with opening times would be helpful. When I have got through the lady was polite, pleasant and helpful and I will shop here again.”

“This was the first time I have used The Flag Shop & they were brilliant. As my flag design was for an off shoot of the military, it helped that The Flag Shop had produced military flags before so they knew the standard required. The staff were very quick to respond to emails & provided information that my client & I hadn't even considered. The flag arrived when it was meant to & my client was very happy with it. Thank you! Definitely will use you again should the opportunity arise. And I shall recommend you also.”

“I hadn’t used Flag Shop before and ordered 3 full size flags. 2 were ‘national flags’ and the third was a bespoke one with family crest and surname. The order came within days. Due to the bespoke element I was expecting a ‘split’ order but they all turned up together. I was a bit skeptical about how the family crest would look like as it was just a jpeg. I have to say I was really impressed. Really good production. I will certainly be using this company again as well as recommending to family, work and friends.”
