“The flags were in good condition when they arrived. I had one printed especially but I did not realise how long it took to have this done. It would be helpful if you printed on the order page that it would take longer than normal delivery. I have had several flags from you and have always been pleased with them.”

You should have received full tracking from Parcelforce regarding shipment of your flag & pole & we also send confirmation emails regarding your order - if you have not seen any of these please check your spam/junk folder. You will also have received text messages regarding the delivery with Parcelforce. Apologies this is taking a couple of days longer than usual, this is due to delivery to Northern Ireland, but is still on schedule for delivery within the 5 working days lead time quoted on the website delivery info page.
