“Very happy with my purchase. The delivery was super quick and packaging excellent. However, there weren't any instructions on how to fit a flag onto the pole and while it's obvious, I struggled with the lower plastic clip because it couldn't be opened wide enough to get the metal ring through. In my many attempts, I thought I might break it. Brute force did it in the end but not sure that was the right way...”

“Chanced onto The Flag Shop whilst looking for Platinum Jubilee bunting and getting fed up of looking at overpriced, cheap PVC single sided flags from all the usual sources (yes, you know exactly who I mean). Particularly satisfying to be able to find a local, specialist dealer (as opposed to a faceless conglomerate), focused on quality and service to make me a happy customer. We were prepared to pay more for flags (and tape) made of material, double-sided and with sufficient quality to last for future events. How pleased I was to find The Flag Shop and their varied range of products. We chose two items: 20m Union flag triangle; 9m Royal Standard. From order to receipt was less than two working days and postage was included in the price; simple, easy. Value superb (a very acceptable and surprisingly small premium versus other online PVC products) and that is only exceeded by the quality of the product, which is top order. I passed the word onto friends and they have also made purchases from The Flag Shop.”
