“This is my third purchase from the flag shop. As always they were helpful and efficient and my goods arrived in time for Christmas (although it took longer than usual because of the mail strikes)”

“To charge £6 for two flags and then £20 for an England flag, is extremely cheeky in my opinion. They are all the same size and same quality, but just because the World Cup was on, you charge over triple the price for our nations flag. Very unpatriotic and generally a bad approach during a cost of living crisis.”

Hi Chris, thank you for your review. The England flag you purchased is a completely different product/material to the other 3ft x 2ft flags selected; you purchased 2 x standard 3ft x 2ft flags with eyelets but the England flag is a duraflag with rope & toggle. England flags are also available as standard flags for the same price as the other 2 x flags (full descriptions of the item you are buying can be viewed on the product pages). “I ordered 5 different county flags, for various members of my extended family on 2nd December. Although the delivery date was meant to be 4 / 5 days - my delivery day was scheduled as 12th December - 10 days after the order went in. However, as I live in Canada I sort of accepted this. So, to receive them three days earlier than expected, with really good communication with the delivery firm (DHL) was a true bonus. I opened one packet to check the quality and I was pleased with the material and overall look. So thank you - an all round good job.”

“Always go to The Flag Shop. They offer a variety of flags and are of good quality and size. They have all survived the winter storms and retained their colours well. The eyelets are strong and of good quality. Service is very good and delivery fast. Won't go anywhere else for flags.”

“Very helpful and efficient. Phone answered quickly - there was no 'Press 1 for this, 2 for that etc'. and 'Your call is important please hold' And the order was processed and the delivery made within 3 days. This is unlike DWP (government department) where I have waited 5 months for a response and when I do get through no-one can answer my question.”
