“I was impressed by your the efficiency of purchase from your system. However, I am very disappointed by your couriers in this case UPS..... Till now I have not received the consignment. In future we will be using our own courier service i.e TNT. Regards,”

Thank you for your feedback. Some other companies do not show VAT on their products or add shipping after checkout so they seem cheaper - we show the full price & offer free delivery on all items shipped within the UK - no hidden charges :)

“The website is very user friendly and you have really many flags on stock, which is great. Of course a slightly better quality would be nice (actually only something else than those cheap metallic eyes would be enough). Information was great. Fast delivery perfect... “Good quality flag that's made in Taiwan and not China. Good packaging. Lost 1 start because my email was on the shipping label (scratched out by pen, but still there very visible). I don't mind my number being up my definitely not my email. Overall, happy. Thank you.”
