“As you have asked, I am extremely disappointed with the cheap quality of material used. Light in weight and very shiny in looks. Even on our 9 meter flagpole, you can tell it's a cheap Chinese fake using the most basic, poor quality materials. I'm already hoping a good storm comes so I can purchase a decent one. I was quoted £120 for a proper hand stitched flag made of superior, heavier material. The quality of this flag is at best a quarter of the £120 flag, yet it is only half the price. I won't make the mistake of shopping here again.”

Given that I ordered a custom flag it was reasonable to expect a little time for the flag to be in my hand and it duly arrived 10 days after I placed the order, which I think is very good. Also, the flag is well made and looks brilliant.”
