“Following a phone call with Brian, an order was placed. Having heard nothing for a week I contacted the shop again and spoke to Rachel [in sales]. She was very helpful, informing me that there had been a computer problem and that she would chase up the order. Rachel kept me up yp date with the progress and the order was delivered on the date specified and totally correct. I applaud the great customer care from this company[ so often missimg with other firms]”

“I was looking for hand-waving flags, and found them on the website after a little bit of difficulty. They are a nice size, good for displaying outside my porch. Good quality material and a sturdy stick. A reasonable price. The flags arrived in a cardboard tube, which was rather difficult to open, the lid being stapled to the tube with very strong staples......I needed a chisel to get them out! Shame there was no Olympics (5 Circles) flag, though. I had to get that elsewhere.”
