“Easy transaction, easy to buy using guest mode. Only downside was i paid for next day delivery and still didnt get my flag until 2 days later due to a delay. However when i emailed reqesting a refund for the next day delivery they gave me a full refund including the price of the flag, so many thanks and would defo use again.”

“Very satisfied with the product and would definitely recommend to others. I bought a flag and pole which I have now used several times at festivals, it looks great and it has stood up to some very strong winds. The pole has now begun to crack slightly at the bottom but that is largely due to how I have been fixing it in place by taping it to a screwdriver pushed into the ground. I plan to make another purchase again soon, so this time I will be buying the proper pole stakes designed to be used with this product. The only slight downside with my first order was that the packaging (the cardboard tube containing the flagpole) was ripped open on arrival. It looked as though it had been twisted and had torn open along the spiral seam of the tube. The packaging itself looked to be good quality and was very thick, strong cardboard, so this was not a fault on the part of the seller but rather a distinct lack of care by the delivery company, Fortunately the product was unaffected.”

“I recently purchased a Polyester Richard the Lionheart flag, as my previous flag had been handmade and was quite expensive, I was a bit dubious about a polyester replacement ,when it arrived I was really pleased with the quality, and would recommend the flag to anyone good quality and a great price.”

“Easy to find what I wanted on the website and ordering process simple. Postage time very quick and no ridiculous amounts of packaging like some other companies. The flag I purchased is a fun flag for an occasion, the quality is fine for that purpose, but not for everyday use in windy conditions.”
