“I ordered three desk flags (Union Jack, flag of St. George and the Yorkshire Rose flag). They were dispatched immediately. Unfortunately they were incorrectly delivered. A duplicate order was the mailed and arrived overnight - this was at no extra cost, and, although causing extra work seemed to be no problem for the team there. The quality is good, and suits the requirements perfectly.”
