“Ordered two flags. One was the flag of Ontario which was incorrect. It should be a defaced Red Ensign but the union flag in the corner had 2 broad diagonal bands not 1 broad and 1 narrow. Have phoned to explain problem but unable to explain the problem in a way it is understood. Requested to send a photo. Have a new lap top and cannot work out how to send a photo from this one.”
