“Lost in the post... My parcel has been wrongly directed to two sorting offices, the first being Richmond, North Yorks & then on to Leyburn, North York, it should have been sent to Barnard Castle, County Durham. Can someone please explaim to me how the Royal Mail get it so wrong - not once but twice? Maybe it's time The Flag Shop changed their courier.”
