“Quite good, my order arrived quickly, and those flags are nice quality ! Just one little detail: I ordered 2 flags with 3ft x 2ft dimensions (Ukraine and Singapore), and 2 handwaving flags (Malta and USSR) Imagine my surprise when i got 2 handwaving flags of Ukraine & Singapore, and 2 flags with 3ft x 2ft dimensions (Malta and USSR).”

“Good Afternoon Brian, Thanks for the invite to review. I have generally been very content with the selection and service provided which has proved obliging very efficient and quick. I quite understand there maybe some items that have a delivery period hence my preference to phone up and check before ordering. This has slightly come unstuck when I ordered thru the website and although having an 'automated' reply that the goods had been dispatched this appears not to have been the case. I can quite understand that the flags selected maybe of the less popular choices and may not be in stock [although the website said they were when ordering] and the timing over the Easter period is not the best. In truth I've probably been spoilt by past service and would certainly use The Flag Shop again but would probably phone up rather than use the website to order.”

“2 flag s I’ve had from you . The first lasted 16 months in all weathers so I was pleased with that. 2nd flag I’ve just flown and I think it should last a year hopefully. Helpful staff. 2 day delivery at no extra cost.. Pity the flag was made in China.”

“Good communication throughout the buying/delivery process. The flagpole arrived well packaged in a sturdy tube which was strong enough to protect against any overzealous handlers. Having checked the contents it appears to be a good product, but only time will tell as it won't be used until festival season starts. I also purchased the spike for the flag pole and this seems to be a very strong item. Again, untested at present.”
