“Flag was excellent and arrived on time, as promised. Disappointed that I had to buy clips for it separately. This involved buying a pack of 30, when I only required 2. I would have been more than happy to pay an extra 90p for them, but I paid another £7.50 for the 30. Your company could supply from these packs at a net cost of 25p!”
