“The phone contact was great. The very friendly woman I spoke to made it all really easy and the Lesotho flag etc arrived promptly. I was relieved as the website was a bit clunky. Thank you very much. Your shop made a virtual birthday party go with a swing!”

“The ordering process was easy and delivery was fast for the cost-effective price paid. The flag did not have the correct shade of Yellow (Gold), but in fairness to Flag Shop, it was the same shade as advertised on their website using the computer graphic.”

“Bought good flags, cant complain about the quality. I will say i was a little disapointed to see a British flag made in China, would be nice if that was more clear on the website with mabye an alternative to a british made version.”

“I was happy to get my design on a custom made flag but one colour was faded. Black is black not grey. Make sure the colours are correct and go by the clients instructions ! Other than that it was fine. Competitors were unreliable and could not deliver what I asked for so I was just happy to get what I wanted from the flag shop.”

“We have had various flags from the flag shop made in Taiwan a pleasant surprise.! However the last one was made in China, suppose they are cheaper, but I much prefer those made in Taiwan and wouldn’t mind paying a bit more for that!”
