Good Afternoon Brian, Thanks for the invite to review. I have generally been very content with the selection and service provided which has proved obliging very efficient and quick. I quite understand there maybe some items that have a delivery period hence my preference to phone up and check before ordering. This has slightly come unstuck when I ordered thru the website and although having an 'automated' reply that the goods had been dispatched this appears not to have been the case. I can quite understand that the flags selected maybe of the less popular choices and may not be in stock [although the website said they were when ordering] and the timing over the Easter period is not the best. In truth I've probably been spoilt by past service and would certainly use The Flag Shop again but would probably phone up rather than use the website to order.
