I ordered 2 Ukraine flags by mistake. The Flag Shop noticed this and queried my order with me. I confirmed I only wanted one flag and they immediately sorted out a reimbursement for flag no 2 which was in my account within hours. Very efficient and very pleasant company to do business with. The flag itself is well made and is now flying in support of that beleaguered country. Thank you.
