Paid extra to have a flag delivered by the next day. It arrived Three days later with no apology and no sign of a refund on the extra money that was stolen from us for the next day delivery. If DHL cannot do the job then get another company or don't offer next day delivery We now have to spend extra money on postage to forward it to our friends as they have moved away.
Poor customer service and useless delivery company that you cannot talk to. Not impressed
